A MOMENT TO REFLECT
Scripture invites reflection on contentment, honesty, generosity, and the place money holds in our lives. These readings can prompt thoughtful conversations about priorities and caring for others. Read the surrounding passages before applying a verse to a financial decision.
READ, REFLECT, RETURN
For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

A good name is rather to be chosen than great riches, and loving favour rather than silver and gold.
But godliness with contentment is great gain.
For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man’s life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth.
